What would u recomend

Hi im looking to get into shape as at the moment im not quite happy with the way my body looks but im a bit stuck on where i should start like what exercises i should be doing at the gym and at home also i know nutrition is accentual so was also wondering what would people recommended best things to eat for a student on a budget and also what foods are best every so often for a little treat ill add a picture i found on Google of how id eventually over time like my body to like like ,i know i may not get it 100% the same but as close as i can would be perfect
