What type of exercises for this?

Okay, I weigh about 160lbs and I am 5'4. I have never been
this big, I just didn't lose my weight after my third pregnancy. I
am wondering what is the best exercises to do for upper arms, my
chest and my back. I am trying to lose this weight, but I do not
want to build muscle, I just want to really tone up while I am losing
it. Right now, I am walking two miles a day, and then getting on the
Tony Gazelle machine, it is like skiing. I stay on here for twenty
minutes everyday. Any advice would be wonderful!!
 
nutrition first and foremost..

you should incorporate some weight training. you wont "bulk up" like a man! (unless you take steroids)
