What To Eat? Food - Protein

I started my training 2 months ago.

I need your advice in what kinds of food should I take to improve my muscles, and what kinds of protein supplement do you recommend?

Chicken breast, beef jerky, steak, roast beef, tuna (not alot because of mercury), etc are all good foods and you should focus on eating them. The ratio I go for is usually 40/30/30 protein/carbs/good fats (use to track this). You're trying to improve your muscles, so you must eat meat for the protein. Eat alot of your carbs in the morning because that's where the energy you get for the rest of the day comes from.

You must take in fats, your body needs it. By fats I mean good fats, this means no saturated or trans fat, just mono and poly. And don't excessively eat fats.

Are you bulking or cutting? If you're bulking, you need alot of calories, somewhere around 3000 a day, as in a calorie surplus; more than you usually consume. If you're cutting to tone muscles and cut fat, then you need a calorie deficit, so you must take in less than you normally consume.
