what to do???

i have problems with my right knee but i want thinner thighs. my physical therapist has told me i can't do any running or exercise that puts pressure on my knee :( is there any way i can do this without hurting myself??

what do you mean by you want inner thighs? You have inner thighs, everyone has inner thighs. Maybe you should try to find out why you're knees are hurting.
 
re-read the post hun, it says THinner.. not inner haha. and i know whats wrong with my knee i have patella femoral syndrome.
 
Breezy same thing really have you tried squats or lunges? Have you tried spinning this high intensity exercise without a lot of impact? Again for detailed advice I would consult a pro try they have great advice for very little money i.e £6 a month. Do you stretch out you quads? ITB? Have you stengthend the muscles around the joint? All and any of these things may help.
