Hi everyone!
I'm new to this sight so I hope that I'm posting in the correct place.
My question that I have for everyone is what do you do when you have a cold? I just started my weight loss journey and 3 days into it I've come down with a cold. Stuffed up noise, soar throat, and my head hearts. A true sinus head cold. I'm not coughing, at least not yet. So do I workout still? I've heard that it is bad for you to workout when you have a cold because it can make it worse, but I'm not sure if it is true... what have you found to be true for you?
