what to do between HIIT training days?

Hey guys,

I have been drawn into the HIIT program and decided to give it a shot. I normally do HIIT on the spinning bikes and i tend to do about 25-30 min on it. My routine looks something like:

5 min warmup
4 x [1.5 min on (high intensity)
[1 min easy
4 x [1 min on (high intensity)
[1 min easy
3 min warmdown

ive read that your only supposed to do HIIT approx. 3 times a week and not daily. However, i like to get on the spinning bike everyday so i wanted to know what to do inbetween the days i do HIIT. is there anything in particular or can i just do like 30 min of normal spinning?

ss-cardio on the days you dont do HIIT,if you do to much high intensity you will burn out your CNS,top athletes only do 25% of there training at high intensity,the other 75% is at mod/low.
 
Remember, u dont always have to be doing something. the days after your first HIIT day just chil. go walk,light jog, or what ever.
