What spikes training I need?

I usually do 30, 60, 80 and rarely 150 meters sprints.
What kind of spikes are best for this trainings? I will use them primarily for training. Sprint spikes do I need or distance? Hesitate because of sprint spikes do not have heel and forefoot cushioning.
I've liked these for now. Which is more appropriate?
 
Nike Zoom Ja and Asic lite-nings are the elite ones

I have 6 spike ones for the 100 and 200s
