hi me robert again ok see i got my friend danny into weightlifting but see i cant tell what body type he is i'm a endo but danny is less then 100 lbs but still holds i little fat so i cant relly help him see he is very weak the most he did was 55 for 2 reps and i know what your thinking he just started working out no me and him used to do push ups every other night i'm just stronger then him so he is doing 35 lbs for like 30 reps on a bench press so should i tell him to increase the weight and lower the reps or should i leave him alone please heklp thanks
