what shall i do?

i am a pretty skinny guy, having just bought a set of dumbbells i was wondering what exercises i should do in order to bulk up my chest and arms as they are just too thin at the mo. a friend told me creatine? whatever that is, will speed the proccess up or something? but a bit confused as to what it is!
if anyone could give me a few pointers and perhaps tell me what vitamins and supplements i should take1

Shoulder press with Dumbbells
Laterals with Dumbbells
Tricep extensions with Dumbbells
Dumbbell curls
Squats with Dumbbells
Lunges with Dumbbells
Bent over Rows with Dumbbells

If you do not know how to do some of the above i listed just google them and you will find pics on how they are done

Do not worry about the supplements right now just get a good base workout going then worry about that stuff later
