This group is about what really worked for you and how much weight you've lost so far.
Let's make the start date from Jan 1, 2008 to current. A clean slate for everyone, don't worry about last years problems.
Well for me, since Jan 1, 2008
I started drinking more water
I ate more green foods
I used Slendering
and I ate less processed foods
Old Weight: 285
Current Weight: 267
Goal: 160
