I noticed most chips have about 10 grams of fat per serving, only 2-3 grams being saturated fat. So with each serving, you get 7-8 grams of healthy monounsaturated or polyunsaturated fats (correct me if I'm wrong), assuming no trans fats.
What exactly then is unhealthy about chips? I read one article saying that chips aren't unhealthy because of the fat, it's because of the high calories, but if I'm bulking, calories wouldn't be a bad thing right?
