What keeps you active all the day

I always add some corn cereals with fruits in my breakfast. This actually starts my day and keep me active all day.
 
I have doing Yoga for the last 6 months on the regular basis and it really helped me to keep active and fit all day long.
 
As for me, it is a good sleep at night, a perfect meal for the whole day and positive motivation thoughts:)

There is no doubt about the power of eating a nutritious breakfast. It charges you and gives you strength and energy to confront with the daily grind. In addition, if you give your body some time for yoga, meditation and workouts, that will offer miraculous results for your health and overall well being.
 
I have to get to the gym in the morning or nothing seems to wake me up. I have the glass of water, then coffee, but with out the gym I never get the same fire!
