What is wrong with me?

I seem to have lost my motivation this time around with the weight loss thing. I got off track when I was on holidays and I can't get myself motivated to start up again. It has only been a few weeks but my clothes already don't feel comfortable. You would think that would be enough to get me going again. I find it so hard in the summer months to do the weight loss thing. It should be easier as far as exercise because you can do it outside. I just think all the food tastes better in the summer and it sucks!! How can I get motivated again?

When I lose my motivation I always turn to the quotes I take down from posts of this forum.. It really is very encouraging reading how much strength so many people have out there.
I can bet my favourite ice cream on what I'll say now. Not many- if any of us- in here, have not failed several times before starting a healthier lifestyle.

You keep being stubbornly insistent on trying every single morning you wake up till the day and the mood clicks with the determination. Once you are hooked on how simple it was to start you'll finish with the reward of a healthier you.

Three of my motivation quotes:

"Do not be afraid of moving slowly, only of standing still."
"If you fail to plan, you plan to fail"
"I'm not afraid to fall, to fall means I climbed up high"

Bonnie, have you "revisited" your committment? have you revisited your "diet" - is it setting you up for failure before you've begun (is it a fad diet?)? Do you TRULY want to lose it? ( I know that sounds like an insensitive question and not meant to be at all but, often, people who aren't sure about losing weight tend to lose motivation quickly and not get it back)

THESE ARE QUESTIONS I ASK MYSELF AS WELL, WHEN I FIND MYSELF LACKING MOTIVATION SO PLEASE DON'T TAKE IT OFFENSIVELY.
