I seem to have lost my motivation this time around with the weight loss thing. I got off track when I was on holidays and I can't get myself motivated to start up again. It has only been a few weeks but my clothes already don't feel comfortable. You would think that would be enough to get me going again. I find it so hard in the summer months to do the weight loss thing. It should be easier as far as exercise because you can do it outside. I just think all the food tastes better in the summer and it sucks!! How can I get motivated again?
