what is muscle failure?

for the past 2 years (everyday) i been doing this failure training
i dont really see big differences though
the only thing is that u become demotivated (if that is a real word :p) because it makes u reallllly weak physically aswell as mentally and u just cant be bothered to endure the pain (which i realised is extremly bad for u)
 
yeah i totally agree. so what do u do? you just try to do a perfect 5 sets?

honestly, im tired of feeling sick and not getting a good night sleep.
 
ZMA has worked well for me, ui've been getting a much better sleep, and i have all sorts of cool dreams. You definitely get a deeper sleep, and you feel more rested up in the morning. i definitely recommend it.
