What is best: 2 days split og 3 days split?

Is it best to do your full body in 2 or three days.

At the moment I do it in 3.

Could you also give my some comment of my program in general:

Monday:
Chest - 5-6 exercises, 3 sets each with 8-10 reps
Triceps - 4-5 exercises, 3 sets each with 8-10 reps
Abs - 3 exercises, 3 sets * max

Tuesday:
Back - 5 exercises, 3 sets each with 8-10 reps
Biceps - 4-5 exercises, 3 sets each with 8-10 reps

Wedensday:
Rest

Thursday:
Shoulder - 5 exercises, 3 sets each with 8-10 reps
Legs - 4-5 exercises, 3 sets each with 8-10 reps

Friday: The same as Monday (% Stomach)

Having done chest+triceps twice that week I start with Back-Biceps the next so that will be done twice that week. The following week I will the start with Shoulder+Legs and so on.

I have done the program for 2 years and have gained about 13 kilos (26 pounds) in muscles (no fat), but the last 6-8 month things have been stalling and maybe its time to change program?
 
my personal opinion is that working your body as whole and spitting it by push/pull or upper body/lower body is very easy and effective. so that would be 2 total workouts for each. i also like upper body push/legs/upper body pull so that would be 3 workouts in that one. :)
