what if I.....

workout everyday for my biceps? I mean I worked with a 10kg dumbell 5x8 for both arms...and I have no pain today...I'm strong enough to do. would that be bad?

How long have you been doing this for, when did you start using it everyday?

And you might want to use more weight if you can do it that easy without even a little pain the first day.
