What do you think? Suggestions??

Am I over training?

Mon: Chest/Shoulders/Tries
Tues: Back and Bis. The run for 20 minutes on treadmil.

I'll do this routine for 6 days then I'll take 2 days off.\

I know I really dont work on legs or Abs. The weight I do is not THAT heavy due to my shoulder. Which i hate by the way!!!!

I like the way you split the major muscle groups (Chest vs. Back) into two days, but you do have some room for improvement. Can you describe the exercises that you are doing for each muscle group in your split?

Also, why do you not do any leg work? It's a very easy day if you add it as your Wednesday workout... (Leg Press, Leg Extension, Leg Curls and if you're really into it, Calf Raises!) And if you're doing a 6 Day exercise binge, it fits in well!
