both are find. You must tailor it to your wanted results. And, if you are a beginner or not.

There is more to it than, "which one do you like better?" Everyone reacts differently to different workouts.

Try them both for a couple of months at a time... Besides, variety will help you pack more muscle on.

Yea I've been working out for a few years now and the first one is more demanding so I'm gonna try that one for now
 
Personally i dont think the first one is all that great because the back alone is a large area of work out and combining it with legs it woild take for ever to work out correctly
 
true... A real push/pull workout would be more like:

M - push
T - pull
W - legs
Th - push
F - pull
S - legs
Su - REST
