I've got a question. Generally when you work a muscle such as the bicep, aren't you also supposed to work the opposite muscle such as the tricep? That's what I've always read anyway.
According to Jeremy's workout schedule, he's not doing it that way, so that's why I'm asking.
i do not do biceps and triceps on the same day. but when working triceps your biceps are worked secondarily and same vice versa. but you gotta remember one is to push and one is to pull. and if you did them both the same day and pushed them hard u'd be dead the next and ur arms would be useless.
but thats my thoughts. dissect it as u ay....
