hi.. i would like some advice for my current work out plan..
well.. theres nothin to call WORKOUT really..
i jump 1000 ropes each time..
i usually try to jump every night..
but then i have papers to work on and stuff..
so i sometimes jump three, four or five times a week..
do u think this will help??
