What do I need to Do?

Alright, after you're done chuckling at this pick maybe y'all can help me out. :p

If you met me on the Greetings thread you'll know that I was diagnosed Type ll Diabetic about 4 years ago. After that I did some lifestyle changes and started working out. I'm on a strict budget so equipment wise I have very little.

Here's what I've got:

I have one of those hydrolic steppers

Dumbells ranging from 8#s to 30#s

Basic bench

Mountain Bike

Just got a jump rope the other day

So for the last 4 years I've been using homemade tapes now converted to DVD of Denise Austin Workout Vids and Cycling everyother day.

Any ideas? I'm trying to bulk up a little more on chest and arms.

You need a chin up bar. or you wont be working your lats.

We wont do everything for you but we we help you all we can.

you gotta read up on your diet, your cardio and your weight training.
Post back here with what you think you should do and we will all come back and give you advice if it needs to be changed.

Well the Denise Austin tapes were a good start as far as getting myself to stay on a routine, and it was keeping me fit at the same time.

So once I started feelin better about myself healthwise and bodywise, I ditched the tapes and went on more aggressive workout routine but still keeping it within the 30 to 45 min range.

It's like I woke up that morning looked in the mirror and I had abs...lol
I told myself I'd better get a pic of this...hahaha
