What do I need in my diet that I can't get from milk?

Every day I drink a half gallon of 2% milk + 4 scoops. Thats 1440 calories and 144 g of protein. I drink a small glass of this milk mixture about every hour. I also take a multivitamin. What else should I add to my diet to make sure that I'm getting everything I need to fit my goals. I'm 6'4" and 183 pounds. I weight train three times per week and my goal is to bulk to 200 pounds.

Edit: to make this post more clear, I drink the half gallon of milk in addition to my meals.
 
I'm in college and pretty poor so I don't always get the best food for meals.

Its basically burgers, spaghetti, eggs and toast, frozen pizza, cans of soup, and chipotle over here.
 
You could easily add into your diet
an apple, orange, bell pepper, onion, and 1/2 cucumber

You need focus on what you are getting. There is no single food or food combo that is going to give you what you need. Open a free account at FITDAY.COM and track your intake. You have to look at the overall picture at the end of the day. Make sure your ratios are right and your calorie count is accurate. You most likely need to be getting close to 3000 calories a day if not more for you to begin gaining weight. Shakes are a good supplement to your diet but I am willing to bet you will have better results if you start tracking your food and add more solid food to your diet.

My wifes buys these things in bulk. I love nothing better to sit and munch peppers during the football games. Orange ones are the best.
