What diet/workout plan is the best for me?

Hello

Im new here. I am hoping that someone can help me get on the right track to the physique I am going for. I am currently 6'3 and about 160 pounds, pretty skinny.

This would be the look I am going for, which doesnt look like it would be impossible to attain...just look through the pictures on this page



If anyone can help me find a good routine, diet, and supplement plan, I would really appreciate it. I dont want to start on a routine that has me going in the wrong direction.

I am planning on joining a gym again. Around 2 years ago I was really into lifting, had a great diet, worked out every day for about 2 hours - I could easily go back to that schedule, but I just wanted to find a good routine before I do. Ill look through all these links now thanks a lot.
