Well i really like bad food

heyyy
well today I have started my no pop or fast food and switching out crap for fruits and veggies. Good thing I enjoy fruits and veggies. I notice now that im telling myself I cant have certain foods, I want them more.... I am going from eating fast food everyday to none at all.... its like I don't even know how to feed myself.... so I decided to make a big pot of yummy chicken and veggies soup. it will be something quick and easy to grab and eat when im feeling like im going to break down and eat fast food... there are days I would eat only fast food all day.... I spent over $400. on fast food in just a month... the savings alone should be what gets me motivated haha. I LOVE homemade chicken soup so this is kinda awesome for me haha. mmmmm soup
 
Hi wish4thin & welcome to the forum. WOW. You're going cold turkey on the junk food. You do mean business. GO YOU! I'm so glad I don't like it. I love homemade chicken soup too. It's the best energy boost! I eat a lot of soup & am lucky as my husband loves to cook. I wish you all the best with your plan for healthy eating. Cheers, Cate
 
hey cate! yeah fighting the urge to eat junk food is hard but I am optimistic! its a habit for me! I would eat it at least once a day. but Usually more! thanks a bunch-Wish :hurray:
 
Me too, but it's not a good friend to me. A little eating pleasure now is not worth insuring a life of poor health!
