Exercising is awesome, and if you have that as part of your routine that's great! However, exercise won't do anything if you're eating too many cals (or drinking too many cals ex: alcohol, pop, juices). Lets say you work out and lose 600 cals, which is great. But then you eat too much and eat 1000 cals over what you should be. Then you're +400 cals. The exercise can only do so much. You really need to get ahold of your eating, once you get a good eating routine and stick to a certain level of calories, the weight will come off.
I know because I'm that way too. My appetite is ridiculous and as I like to say I can eat like a 300 pound man that has a very physical job! And if I don't watch myself I just maintain or slowly go up and up. So what I have to do is really watch what I eat. If you count all your calories, you'll be surprised how much certain things are and how fast it all adds up.
So if you keep exercising regularly plus add eating the right amount of calories with the right types of food, the weight should start coming off
