Hi - just introducing myself. I'm a 33 year old female with about 100 pounds to lose. I started at 256 and am now at 247 (woo hoo for 9 pounds)! I'm not sure how I'll use this site exactly, but I'm thinking the weight loss diary might be a good place to start. I feel like there is a fit and active me lurking underneath layers of unhealthiness - I see myself hiking, jogging, oooo... bike riding! I have an old 10 speed that would definitely need new tires, but I wonder if it would function? Hm. I wonder if it would hold me up!!! How much weight can those things take, anyway? (That's a serious question.)
Anywho, I have to learn BALANCE - between work, school, friends/family, and just life in general. (For instance, it is 1:49 am & I should really be in the bed getting some sleep!) Perhaps I'll be able to glean some wisdom from some of the people here. Hope everyone is doing well & living healthy!!
