I can not find how to post messages and have no idea what I am to do to correspond with others on this site - any tips on how it is to be used would be much appreciated. I have been on Cohens since November and have found myself losing motivation and am hoping that by joining this forum I will gain support and inspiration from others on the same journey.

Hi-

I'm came across this webiste when researching woolong tea's side effects. I really can't find anything negative about the tea and I'm seriously considering trying it. Has anyone used it? Does it really help the process? I really don't like diet pills and I'm just starting to get back into working out again but want something to help speed the process up.

Hola from Mexico;
I’m a Canadian gal living in Mexico and I have been up and down with my weight all my life – mostly up it seems. For the past 8 months I have been struggling on my own and have got rid of 20 pounds. (I don’t like to say I lost it because I might find it again!!) But for the last 2 months I have stayed the same weight. My sister was here visiting and I used that as an excuse to indulge myself. So no one to blame but me and my big mouth. But NOW it is time to get motivated again. I am collecting all sorts of great information on losing weight. (See my blog ) but I think I need the company of the forum members who understand and can give advice. What do you folks do to get that determination back – to get strong again?? It seems like such a struggle.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello

I am new as well. I have actually never had a weight problem, though my wife had when she was younger. But I am finding that as I get older, work full time, look after our 1 year old, I dont have much time for exercise and lunch more often than not is McD's. I am starting to gain a few pounds and I am definitely out of shape. Any tips or suggestions out there for a quick exercise regimen or easy to remember diet/good eating tips?

Newbie

I am 28 and even though I really haven't been gaining weight, I haven't been losing it either. I gained about 20 with each kid and it has stayed with me. Lately I feel lumpy and uncomfortable, and lazy so I've decided to do something.
