weird....

im starting to get a 6 pack and i hardly do any ad training...very weird....i also eat lots of fat and protein..

can some one tell me how?

Abs are there, whether you work them or not. As you are working out, fat burns and they start to show-up.

Also, many workouts can work abs.

You might wanna consider working them and lower back (if you aren't already), because your core muscles are the key to EVERYTHING!

Abs are made in the kitchen. If you have a healthy diet (lots of protein and good fats included), that may be all it is. Most people have strong abs just because we use them everyday in most normal activities.
