weights noob

what dumbell set should i get i dont know maybe one like this

i havnt got much money but i need something for weight training at home

would the above be enough or would i need 2 use the school gym??
any reccomendations would be welcome

In high school, I used the school gym. I liked the atmosphere of others working out with me and it offered a lot more equipment at my disposal. So if I were you, I'd definitely use the school gym. If you are lacking in transportation, that set of weights isn't bad for the price. But I fear it won't be enough to do the really effective exercises like bench press, deads, squats, etc...
 
maybe use both...scedule your program out and maybe do haevy days at school and light at home or large muscle groups at school amd smaller ones at home...even better, 2 sessions a day are better than 1 for hypertrophy dso do large muscle at school in am and small muscle at home in pm

my routine so far will be

monday) 30min run in morning
tuesday) Heavy School weights training
Wednesday) 30min run in morning
thursday) Light nightime workout
Friday) 30min run in morning
saturday)dunno
Sunday) Day of rest

anyone got any ideas for saturday?
by the way argos do do a 50kg set aswell and another one inbetween.

especially if you want to see impressive muscle gains

if u run for 30 minutes, try to do it a MAX of 3 times a week
are you an extomorph, mesomorph or a endomorph?
 
i wood have you do 3 wts sessions and 2 cardio sessions going heavy, light, heavy 1 week and light, heavy, light the next or something periodised like that

ectomorph:
is an individual who has a very fast metabolism, naturally skinny arms and legs and their body does not store much excess fat.

mesomorph:
an individual who has a large chest, larger frame than ectomorphs and usually a fairly athletic body. mesomorphs do not have trouble gaining fat and mass.

endomorph:
individual who has large frame with a chubby all around appearance. Fat stores easily and weight is gained fast.

Note: you cannot change what you are
Ex: i am a mesomorph and i always will be even if i get skinny with small arms and legs.
