I was wondering what were your best advace work out programs that gave you the greatest results in muscle and tone. Not work outs that you start as a begginer but after a few years of lifting. So my question is

What was the best advance workout routine you were ever on?

The best ever program is one that dramiatically changes constantly so your body never adapts and you never hit a plateau.
To be honest if I wrote out exactly what t odo it would take days.

You would do something like bill stars 5x5 for 12 weeks,
new rules of lifting workouts for 20weeks
an oly lifting workout for 6 weeks
back t the 5x5
then do a russian pyriamid workout for 5weeks
6weeks of powerlifting
Hypertrophy specific training
more oly lifting mixed with new rules

... I could go on for ever. But at least you have somthing to research. You'll never know whats best for you untill you have done it, done something else and then gone back to it.
 
I have been workin out for over 5 years and hit a platue that i cant break. Which is why i asked the question.

I have been lookin around for a new workout but i'm scared i will lose all that i have gained off my old one by swtiching to another. Im not concerned with losing any fat because i dont have much. Just putting on more lean muscle. My current workout is about an hour and a half long five days a week. There is three workouts A,B,C that i mix about each week. So i get to do two of them twice a week. And what ever one i didint do the week before twice i do the week following.
3 sets 6-10reps

A-Chest Abs
B-Bis' Tris' Abs
C-Back shoulders Abs
Plus legs and cardio thrown in

What route should i take to completely shock my system with out losing anything agained?
 
Dude, you dont loose gains when you change your program.
The 1st few weeks on a new program is where you make the best gains.

All of the programs I listed would be good for you, so just read about them all and pick the one you wanna do.
