hi ive been lifting weights for some time now i used to do it at the gym but
because of my homework and other sport(fieldhockey) i cant go there anymore so i try to workout at home but im not really sure how much i need to do to get bigger arms and chest muscles.
i mainly workout with a dumbbell(15 kg) and do pushups.
dunbell:every other day 5/7 reps of ten each arm.and some 70 to a 100 pushups a day.
im getting a halterbench you know with two handed bars and lay down and lift.
well i was wondering so what i need to do to get some results how many reps etc.
how much and long im supposed to do pushups and dumbbell excersises.
any help advice welcome.
