Weighted ab exercises?

Hello, question.

I have been noticing that maybe I've like....surpassed normal ab exercises. Nothing hurts anymore.

So I was wondering, what if I added some weighted resistance to it? Well, the only one to add it to that I can think of it the leg raises, everything else, such as traditional crunch, and bicycle maneauver, I need some suggestions on how to make it more effect.

Any advice? Comments?

I do a lot of exercise videos and many of them use weights in their crunches and let me tell you, it's Killer!

Definitely try it!

I just shuv a dummbell on my chest (my gym doesn't have any plates). It's useful to put your towel over your chest to stop it hurting too much.

i workout at LA and they have tons of different equipment for worknig the abs. I would recommend the ab machines there definately. you can add as many lbs. of resistance as you need. If you workout at home you can buy some plates at a sports store and use them possible, or if you go to college, most colleges have a wellness center or gym with available equipment there as well
