Weight Watcher's Way to a Beachbody!

Hello everyone! My name is Angela and am a 36 year old woman living in WNY. Quite tired of being overweight for most of my life. Made many attempts over the years to lose weight, most weren't very successful. I am starting Weight Watchers (for the millionth time!) on August 1st. I really just want to use this thread to document my progress and day to day ramblings. I'll also include a food diary and workout log to hold myself accountable. My goal is to lose about 60 lbs and become a size 2-4 again!

Starting Stats

Height: 4'11"

Weight: 167.4


Day One: Saturday 6.9.12


Breakfast

*everything bagel thin

*2 tbsp. garden veggie cream cheese

*empire apple


Lunch

*whole wheat pita

*1/4c chunky tomato sauce (tsp. olive oil)

*1 oz. part skim mozza

*1 tbsp romano cheese

*green bell peppers

*3 oz. chipotle sweet potato fries

*2 tbsp. ketchup


Snack

*peach yogurt


Dinner

*4 oz chicken breast

*1 tbsp hot sauce/2 tbsp blue cheese dressing

*1c brown rice pilaf (tsp. olive oil)

*veggie (tbd)


Snack

*pink grapefruit sorbet bar


Water

*64 oz


Vitamins

*Rainbow Light multivitamin, omega fish & flax oil, calcium tablet


Workout

*Slim in 6: Start It Up/Slim & Limber

60 lbs is alot off your frame. Maybe set some small goals to keep positive.

if you don't mind me asking, what caused the program to not work in the past?
