Hey there.
I've been here before; now I'm back & ready to lose... Again.
My name is Carrie, I'm 27 from London in England.

Two weeks ago I joined Weight Watchers because my binge eating had got out of control.
I'm 5'8 & my high weight was 210lbs.
My start weight at WW was 173lbs (12st 5).
Weight in 1: Lost 4lbs.
CW: 169lbs :)))

My aim is to lose at least 12lbs by Christmas.
I want to keep track of what I eat & walk regularly.

So.. To give myself a number, my first goal is to be 159lbs :)))

Lose 10lbs.
Slow and steady.

Have you ever done WW?
I have... but never tracked my food so honestly before.
I drank a skim pumpkin spice latte, tracked it and errrrthing is cool.

You know though, I wonder if WW allows you to eat enough.
I am hungry on WW quite often even with free fruit.

I hope today is a good day.
Dog walk followed by coffee & oats.
 
Oops. Bad food day yesterday. Ice cream and smarties oh goddd.
Today is going to be better


I had ice creams yesterday. I was like let me burn this off with extra workout, but couldn't. Maybe I should just have some juice when am out with friends.
