Weight Training newbie

I’ve just begun weight training recently but I’m not sure if my program is okay. My main goal is to tone my upper and lower body (but more on my lower body).

Here’s what I've been doing:

* Barbell Squats (3 sets, 12 reps)
* 1 1/4 squats (barbell; 3 sets, 12 reps)
* Bicep Curls 5 pound dumbells 3 sets, 12 reps
* Lunges with 10 pound (3 sets, 12 reps)
* Romanian Deadlifts with 5 pound weights (3 sets, 12 reps)
* Bench Dips (3 sets, 12 reps)
* Military Press with 5 pound dumbells (3 sets, 12 reps)

It would be great if you could tell me what to do inorder to achieve my goals.

IMO arrange it like this:

1.25 Squats (4 Sets; 12 Reps)
Cable Rows or Bent Over Rows (3 Sets; 12 Reps)
Lunges (3 Sets; 12 Reps each leg; challegne yourself if #12 is too light)
Bench Press (3 Sets; 12 Reps)
Deads (4 Sets; 10 Reps)
**Abb/Calf work if you feel it's needed.

Toning is mostly about what you eat, if you post up your diet I'd be happy to look @ it for you.
