Hi my coach recommended that i start doing some weight training because my muscles of my legs are weak cause I've been out for some time. I have a 2kg ankle weights maybe they can help, anyone recommends any daily training routine please?

Muscles are good when they are in routine work , if you exercizes daily then do it on daily basis .
And i think the best thing is to jogging and non alco. food for permanent weight loss.
