weight training ideas please

I want to weigh around 125-130. And would like to have a nice tone to my body. My diet varies. I usually do ok and watch what I eat. Every now and then I will binge on things i shouldn't. Bottom line, i know how to eat, it is just doing it!!!

It is more the weight training i need help with. i try to get to the gym at least 3 times per week (usually 4). However i am BORED!!!! My partner sucks and we usually walk on the treadmill for 40-45 min. I usually jack up the incline or will do bursts of running throughout. I try doing classes and when i do I am able to keep up. Time is an issue with the classes, I am usually too early or too late.

Ok finally my question: Can someone give me a 20-30 min. weight routine that I can do and coax my gym partner to leave the treadmill room and get out on the weight room floor! I don't want to lose my partner but she is driving me crazy! A fairly easy one that I can adjust to my level w/o intimidating her too much. I get confused w/ reps and sets so that would help too. How many exercises for each muscle group? (ie how many diff exercises for shoulders, legs, biceps, triceps etc). If anyone can share their routine that would be great. I read the workout 101 but I would like something more specific.

start here, and don't worry about his 'antagonist' training weeks. just stick to the core he sets forth for a full body workout.
