Weight Training for Beginners

I want to weight train, so can anyone help me? I havent done this at all.. so how do I start? Please help because i feel like my weight loss is plateauing.. (if there's such word)

Just click on the body parts, and it will give you a list of exercises you can do. Be sure, when you start, to follow proper form - if you join a gym, ask anyone who looks like they know what they're doing if they can show you technique.
Also, read up a lot on the internet - about weight training diets (www.bodybuilding.com has a lot of great info), exercises, etc. http://www.oxygenmag.com also has a forum that is very helpful.
