im at 200lbs. i wanna get to 215 and get a six pack. i trying to figure out if i shood get to 215 first and then get my pack. i dont wanna sacrafice my weight but i do wanna burn fat 4 may six pack. wut do i do?
and, if you diet now to get teh six pack, by the time you hit 215 afterwards, you'll likely cover it back up, so again, requiring another dieting phase.
if you're already pretty lean now, i say bulk up, then diet off the fat.
