Figure out the time of day that you are most likely to cheat. Do something that'll take you away from food or the sights and smells of food. If that's not possible, try finding a zero calorie beverage that'll temporarily kill your appetite. For me, I get cravings between 6:00 and 8:00 in the evening no matter when I ate last. I found that a large glass of water with a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar does the trick for me.
