As far as your poll, there actually isn't any debate here as far as weight loss. just seeing the number on the scale drop doesn't mean you are losing 'weight' as that number fluxes due to everyday body functions and water. The only amount that actually matters is fat loss.

Even though i am not able to loose weight. My weight swings between 72 and 73 but not able to loose more than that. Please help me out.
I am vegetarian, age 23 yrs and my height is 5'3 inch.
I need to atleast reach 65.

Just because you are a vegetarian doesn't mean you are eating less calories than you are burning. You are likely underestimating your calorie intake and that is why you aren't losing what you think you should be.
You may lose more body fat in the diet of protein and fat (do not eat protein alone) than do not eat at all. Lose weight fast, eat all you want, but only meat, eggs, healthy oils, mayonnaise, avocado butter and half a day (plus potassium). Maintain the high percentage of high-calorie and fat, at least 65% of the heat. Green vegetables and cheese weight loss, but will continue at a slower pace.
