It's common. I frequently shift around in weight, and find it's WAY easier to gain weight back. Just don't give up! Try to fit going out to eat and splurging on your favorite foods into your diet plan, while keeping the calories similar. That way, it's easier to manage these mandatory "binges." Eat only what you really like! Try splitting meals or ordering half portions or appetizer portions at restaurants. Also, look up the calories in restaurant dishes before going! After seeing the calories in your favorite chicken alfredo, you may not be so tempted anymore! Try ordering healthier and don't be afraid to make substitutions - ask for the chef to go light on the sauce, skip the butter on vegetables, replace mixed veggies for fries, grill your chicken instead, etc. And remember, don't beat yourself up if you get off track a bit - just keep trying!!!
