Hi, I'm Jojo. I'm 21, female, pushing 190lbs. I was 160 a year ago but over the last 5 months I gained 30lbs. The last ten just in the last month and half. I've never tried dieting. My weight has just gone up and down since I was 16. I never tried to control it. But this time, I'm at my biggest and my fear is that I'll hit the 200 mark. I also have a live in boyfriend who has been dropping weight like crazy, I hate that its so easy for him and I know its stupid but i cant stand the thought of him being fit and me being out of shape. So i would like help to improve my diet. I really dont know where to start. I am in college and my sleep schedule is a little messed up. I'm up at noon for class then in bed at 2am. I cook at my apartment and try to eat healthy but i need to do more. I'm hoping this summer to try the Insanity workout. I am determinded to get the weight off and keep it off. I want this more than anything else right now.
