I share the same opinion as many of the previous posts....
- No such thing as weight loss tea (you will lose weight if you switch to tea from soda's full of sugar and High Fructose Corn Syrup)
My view on tea and how it fits into the whole weight loss equation:
Incorporating tea into your diet or day to day routine is great if it prevents you from consuming "bad stuff" such as soda's or even store bought orange/apple juice (which is also filled with sugar).
For instance, I like to have a drink with my meals so drinking something healthy like green tea or Perrier water is great because it replaces the unhealthy alternatives.
I made it a habit and now the only liquid calories I consume is vodka and and the occasional cold beer after soccer or at the lake

100%. And I am the same way. I'm fat because I'm lazy abd because I make bad food choices. I can't get my arse off the couch at the moment, and I'm stuffing my face. That's why. It's got nothing to do with the world, or with anybody else. Just me. And as soon as I stop doing this, I'll get back to losing again. It's just a matter of a good kick up my own arse.
