Weight-loss Round 2! (Now and soon to be after)

Hello again fellow fat-fighters!

If you remember I posted this thread a couple of weeks ago showing how I shed just over six stone in weight throughout the course of a very fitness heavy year: http://weight-loss.fitness.com/t/53792/before-after-18-to-12-stones-pics-included

Well, since shedding all that baggage I have been attending University and have succumbed to all it’s trappings such as fast-food and late nights sat on my arse playing video games, watching movies or subjecting my self to Family Guy for the 100000th time…..sorry body.

Anyway to cut a long story short, I’ve gone from this:

To this:

Now in order to change my ways and hopefully my body I have acquired the following tools.

My own motorised treadmill:

A weights bench:

And lots of food, water and protein shakes!!

Over the coming weeks I’ll be getting back into the same rigorous fitness program that shaped me before, and I shall update this new thread with my progress (statistics and pictures).

Feel free to follow my journey as I shall too be following yours.

Everyone on here has been such a great inspiration to me throughout these past few years.

Thank you all.

Mike.

Heya Mike! :)

Best of luck with everything! You look awesome and that equipment is solid :]

Just a suggestion if I may, perhaps you might want to think about starting a weight loss diary in the Diary section :)

It's a really awesome tool and better allows people to follow you on your journey :)

Only a thought! Either way, I look forward to your updates! Keep us posted :)

Hey guys! Great to hear from you both again!

@Frogged Good call buddy! I will move it all into the weight loss diary thread J It makes much more sense that way.

@SparkErosion I read your comment in my last thread. I too still suffer from self doubt a lot! I always feel that nothing I do will ever be good enough, or I’ll always be compared to those who have done it before. But if you stick to the things you want to do I’m sure you’ll be pleasantly surprised. To answer you second question, no I don’t have any loose skin at all. I’ve never been sure as to why, again, perhaps it’s down to the weight lifting and my muscles holding my skin in place more, all the water I drank, the duration of my obesity……it’s anyone’s guess really.

Hope this all helps and thanks again guys for posting.

All the best.

Mike.
