Weight loss pills?

Hi taliatambien,
I haven't heard of the weight loss pill yet. What kind of pill is it? How long are you going to take those pills? Hopefully you will be successful. I would really like to hear about your experiences! Have you decided to change your eating habits as well? Otherwise it would be pretty difficult to keep the weight off I guess.
 
Hi girls, well I am down to 186 now, and still going strong. It feels really good not to eat so much too. Talia I haven't heard of your diet pill, I mean I am going to stick to my redusyn because it is really helping, but yours sounds interesting. Are you watching what you eat and exercising?

How do you know which kind of food is low on calories? For example a bagel-I think that is doesn't look unhealthy at all but nevertheless it's got about sixty million calories!

the blueberry bagels I have in my cupboard are 210 calories each. far from high calorie.

how do you know which food is low calorie? you read labels and do research.

Well daybyday this is a really good question. Usually I read the labels but you get used to the calories amounts quite soon and therefore you don't have to the labels all the time. And fruit and vegetables are always low on calories.:)
 
Calorie counting is not my thing, I just stay away from the things that are loaded with calories, for example snickers, and foods that are dripping in fat, or deep fried foods, I guess you got the idea. Doing this along with redusyn and some exercise I have been losing weight. I actually feel better now not eating these things, OK I sometimes have a small ice cream or a little piece of candy, but not huge amounts. and this has been working for me.

i have tried stacker 3- the pink and purple capsules. And they did help me lose about ten ponds over a 2 month time line. I also tried zantrex or how ever you spell it, the one in the blue bottle and wasnt happy. I maid my skin itchy and would turn red and irritated when i scratched it plus i was panicky and gittery plus couldnt fall asleep fro hours.
 
I also tried that quite often angelshoes but unfortunately it hasn't worked for me at all. I haven't lost anything. Well but maybe it works because you combine it with redusyn. But be careful that you don't gain all the weight back in a few months! I mean when you are going to stop taking the pills!
 
Hi, well this is my 22nd day and I am going to take them for another month,, besides losing weight I am also learning to eat better, and that is the most important thing, so that I don't gain all the weight back. Redusyn has really helped me alot. I am determined not to gain the weight back, so that means I have to develop good eating habits. How are you doing?

Did a doctor perscribe the pills to you?

I am taking 70mg of Phendimetrazine 3xs a day , 200mg Chromium daily and 750 mg of calcium Pyruvate 2xs a day and a b-12 shot weekly however I am attended to weekly by a physcian and have gone from 220+ in december to 173 in march I have learned what to eat and how much to eat I excercise 5xs a day on my lunch hour about 45min and I feel great (except for the self image thing ) but I have gone from a tight size 18 to a loose size 10 :) I am happy to see that you are getting good results just be sure that you are getting regular visits and blood work done to make sure that everything is going well
 
So how much weight have you lost so far? Do you think it is necessary to take one more package? Or have you already ordered a three months supply of redusyn anyways?
I am glad that you are doing good. Hopefully I will be as successful as you are when I will be able to start taking the pills. Right now I am done great. I already know that it will be a boy! Can't wait to get my baby!

Yes I have check-ups at my doctor, and he told me everything is fine. I have been taking redusyn now for 24 days and have lost over 20lbs. I am very hapy with this and I feel great. I ordered 1 more package, so that maybe I can reach my goal sson, the rest I want to do alone. cnmh, you are doing very good too, I wish you luck and keep me posted on your progress. Jane, I am happy for you, a little boy, how nice.
 
This is so great. And how many sizes have you already dropped? I guess at least two, right? You are very responsable to go and see a doctor from time to time because of redusyn. But the three month package would have been much cheaper, wouldn't it?
Yeah I am also very happy although I hate to gain even more weight while you are losing :-(
 
Well this is getting weirder and weirder by the moment. Jane claims she's pregnant but yet she's literally OBSESSED with diet pills, but really its quite clear she's only interested in this one brand, which I wont mention again because Jane has already done such a great job of plugging this brand in her posts. Jane seems to ignore the stories about other diet pills and only focuses on this one brand, hence my view that she is a spammer for the company. I could be wrong, but Jane's use of this thread is just odd..
 
Yes the 3 month package is cheaper, but I don't want to order it for 3 months, I won't need them that long. I think that Jane is getting information about diet pills so that after she has her baby she can start on a weight loss program, I had 3 kids and I know that after their birth I felt so fat and didn't know where to start. After 9 months of being huge, I wanted to lose as fast as I could. I wish I had planned something before the birth.
 
Well I am just trying to get as much information as possible. Also about other diet pills but nobody is taking diet pills in here. I really appreciate that angelshoes shares her experiences with me!

This exact conversation plays itself out on every weight loss board with a diet pill thread. Of course it is a scam- it is free advertising. Look around at any weight loss board and you will see two people carrying on a conversation with each other, asking inane questions and mentioning 1 of 2 diet pills every time.
Please go away- if your product worked you wouldn't even need to advertise it, people would find it.
 
she might very well be a spammer -however, check the threads she started - she's really just a person looking for the easy way to drop a few pounds -she's all about the quick fix method and not willing to devote time to a lifestyle change.. SHe's asked about weight watchers, but that was too complicated for her -she's asked about one of the low carb diets -she really has lots of ideas but doesn't have the ability to do any research on her own... .
 
Yes, but every single one of angleshoes posts has come in this thread. This is standard operation procedure anyway- there is an 'established' member who has posted a bit and then asks about diet pills and then a newbie comes in and joins her in this great diet pill revolution.
Sorry, I hate this stuff thats all.
 
Without having researched ms jane's activity on here, I know when she first joined she started a whole bunch of new threads, sometimes several in one day, and now I only see her focusing on this diet pill thread. One need not be that clever to come up with some unrelated topics so people don't think she's a spammer. Shiat, I'm practically ready to run out and buy this stuff these bull shit artists are talking about...NOT.
 
You may not be, but someone more desperate than you may just see the 'results' and run out to get it.
This is why this type of thing is dangerous in a forum like this.
