I'm 48/f . I was excercising regularly till I injured a shoulder and was restricted by pain . I am back again to the gym. I am 66 kgs now and my target weight is 55-56 kgs. I have a problem of lower back pain too-so I have to be careful with that too .
Would appreciate any inputs. I am starting slowly with 30 minutes on the treadmill and 15 on elliptical . WOuld like to slowly get into weights from the next week onwards and a little more intense cardio .
