First off Im 5'9 and I weigh around 225 and am a 23 year old male. Im not exactly unhappy with my body since I have never had a problem with being a bit over weight. I also have never had to worry about what I eat because overeating (and gaining more weight) has never been a problem with me.
But Im planning on joining the military and as such I need to get my body into really good shape. My overall question is if anyone has any advice on how I can lose weight fast and get into overall great shape. Im not asking for some miracle cure or any of that nonsense. Im simply trying to create a really intense workout that can get my body into shape in the shortest time possible.
In order to attain my goal I have put everything else in my life on hold (thats a nice way of saying I quit my job and am living off my REALLY supportive family now heh) so I can devote most of my waking time to fitness. I realize I can't exercise 24/7 since the body needs sleep and time to recover from the workout. But any advice would help me atleast get started on the right path.
