Weight Goals - 205 to 150.

Hi everyone,

Well I've set my goal, and I'm hoping to see a differnce by June. My goal is 2lbs per week, and to get down into to the 140's. I bounce around between 199 and 205 on a regular basis. Now, I'm hoping to kick this in the butt and say goodbye to the 200's.

My biggest problem is food. I'm great all day, but find myself nit-picking at night. I've completely eliminated fast food and soda. I've also incorporated a healthy eating plan. On top of all of this, I have started excercising on a regular basis. I will be joining a gym within the next few weeks, but for now I'm sticking to intervals of walking and jogging 5 days per week. So far, it seems to be helping. I'm losing slowly but surely.
