Weight Gain Over the Weekend

Hi, I recently went on a cutting diet of 1250 calories a day for about 2 weeks and got my weight down to 115 lbs. Then I started track and uped my intake to 1350 calories a day. I weigh myself friday mornings before I eat anything, and then Monday monring before I eat as well. I have noticed that last week from Friday to monday I went from 115.5 to 116.6, and then this fri-mon I went from 116.5 to 119 lbs. Is this because I use weekends as my rest days? and its me building muscle, or is it water weight? I am 16 years old, 5'6" and run 2 miles tues-thurs, and then do sprints and weight room mon,wed,fri, I also lift weights at night. Could it be that going from 1250 calories to 1350 calories has made me gain fat, and weight?

I'm surprised you're gaining anything with the little amount of calories you're taking in and the amount of activity you have. It might be your diet depending on what you've eaten as far as retaining water. Anyway, I wouldn't sweat it.
 
wow cutting down at 115, seems pretty tough, but its your deal. but yeah 1350 dosent seem like much to grow on, although if your eating quite a bit of protein who knows.
